TAPARAMETRIC
Construction Intelligence System

We structure architectural information into controlled systems that move from design intent to construction execution.

About System

Architectural Information Coordination System

Building Smarter Through Continuous Design

TAPA Parametric integrates design, BIM management, and construction into a unified information flow.
We don’t see design as a phase, but as a continuous system that ensures better decision-making and high-performance buildability.

Our goal is simple:
Fewer surprises, better decisions — from concept to construction.

Projects as Coordinated Systems

The project designs a learning hub that integrates education with nature, offering flexible and collaborative spaces. Buildings are arranged around a central public space with multiple access points, strengthening connectivity.

Classrooms open directly to the public area, while laboratories are more private yet visually connected through glass partitions. A parametric, tree-branch-inspired roof covers the semi-open public space, providing climatic protection. The steel structural system and landscaped surroundings reinforce the project’s connection with nature.

This project explores future communities where nature and urban life reconnect. Using layered, adaptable and transparent spaces, it imagines resilient environments that evolve through crises and restore balance between humans and nature.

This project proposes a contemporary library located opposite Söğütlüçeşme Marmaray Station, in dialogue with the Kadıköy Municipality building to the north. Designed as an open and accessible public facility, the library integrates flexible study areas, collaborative zones, and quiet reading spaces.

Balancing printed collections with digital resources, the project supports lifelong learning, cultural exchange, and inclusive community use — positioning the library as a dynamic civic hub rather than only a storage space for books.

Positioned at the center of Ulus, the 100 Years Bazaar is redefined as a public urban link that connects and interlinks the layered historical, social, and cultural strata that have developed through Ankara’s Turkish era and its Roman past. By retaining its Original Brutalist shape and structural character while straying away from unwanted and unqualified additions that developed through time, minimal intervention is incorporated to improve linkages and daylight for various levels. Linkages that connect and combine Ulus Square and Atatürk Boulevard and other urban axes through passages, terraces, and ramps and galleries ensure a smooth connection. Other functional aspects such as digital exhibition spaces, urban archives, and publishing units are included for boosting collective memory and retaining its commercial spirit and character at the same time.

The project proposes a co-habitation center designed through elements that respond to the site’s needs. Addressing issues of accessibility and fragmented functions, the design connects public, cultural, and educational spaces through an articulated system. Workshops and artistic areas on the ground level encourage social interaction, while a central multifunctional hall supports flexible community use.

This project imagines a future community where technology, nature, and people coexist in balance. By building less, reusing existing structures, and using low-carbon materials, it promotes adaptable, sustainable urban growth. The site functions as an innovation-focused campus with green corridors, shared mobility, and community-driven spaces. Overall, it aims to create a smart, resilient, and human-centered city that supports wellbeing and innovation.

Özgürlük Square in Bakırköy is reimagined as an open, connected civic hub. By removing visual barriers and redefining its edges, the project strengthens the relationship between the municipality and the public. A continuous roof structure introduces seating, gathering areas, and an open-air cinema, transforming the square from a transit space into an active, unifying urban place.
